Reset My Password

If you're forgotten your password, you can reset it online easily. Simply follow the on screen instructions.

Who do I contact for support?

CalicoSoft provides an eCommerce platform for our clients. When you make a purchase with us, we deal with the processing, and the developer deals with the product you've purchased.

What eCommerce platform am I using?

We currently use two eCommerce platforms, one for our older or smaller clients, and main platform for the majority of our clients.

You can determine what eCommerce platform you're using a variety of methods:

1) Look at the URL
- If you're using CalicoCommerce, the address should start with http://store.domain
- If you're using eStore Platform, the address should start with http://e-store.domain

2) How do I login?
- If you're using CalicoCommerce, you have one account for all your orders (which you set up when you first make an order). You login to your account using an email address and password.
- If you're using eStore Platform, you'll be set up with an account automatically when you make a payment, and you cannot change your password, email address or other details. You login to your account using an order ID and a password (made up of numbers).
